Thank you for your interest in my Dynamics 365 Business Central extension. As the manufacturer, I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.

Personal data is data that can be used to identify you personally. Each time you visit a website, various personal data is automatically collected. In addition, it may be necessary to process further personal data.

These notes explain what data I collect and what I use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

In general, I store and process as little of your personal data as possible. All personal data that you send me via my contact options is required to process your request or you provide it to me voluntarily.

• a part for the Dynamics 365 Business Central extension mentioned above.

Privacy Notice specifically for this BC Extension

The Dynamics 365 Business Central extension automatically creates some telemetry data that is used to monitor the smooth running of the extension. The information I use for this purpose does not generally contain any personal data.

In none of my BC extensions do I use telemetry data for personal evaluations, evaluations for marketing purposes, or for profiling.

Here you will find a list of which personal data is collected by this BC extension and for what purpose:

• Login name - When creating or changing maintenance information, the logged-in user is recorded so that other users have a contact person for this transaction.
• Login name - To deselect a maintenance information notification, the logged-in user is entered in a list, so that it can be identified which user no longer wishes to receive which information. Someone with full access to this extension can view this list in order to reverse a deselection if necessary.

If your organization uses this BC extension, it will become part of your ERP system for the duration of the contract. As the BC extension does not give me technical access to your data, your organization is solely responsible for your data. If you do not agree to the processing or storage of this data, please contact the person responsible for data protection at your organization or the person who is responsible for Dynamics Business Central at your organization.

I reserve the right to change my security and privacy protection measures if I change this online offer, the technical implementation, or if the legal situation has changed.
